Art. 1 - NATURE OF THE ASSOCIATION

1) The Italian Society of Chemistry and Cosmetological Sciences which abbreviates 
its name in S.I.C.C. is based in Milan, the city where it was established in 1958.

2) It has been a member of the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic 
Chemists (I.F.S.C.C.) since its foundation.

3) The association is apolitical and non-profit.

Art. 2 1. COSMETOLOGIST

A cosmetologist means a person who, starting from a study preparation equivalent 
to a diploma or a degree, has expanded his knowledge in the cosmetic sector 
with further studies, or with professional activities.
